The All Stars Project Talent Show Network - Produced and Directed by Joseph Keller
The All Stars Project (ASP) is a privately funded national nonprofit organization founded in 1981. Each year ASP involves over 10,000 young people in its afterschool development programs in six cities across the country.
The All Stars Talent Show Network (ASTSN) involves young people, ages 5 to 25 in performing and producing hip-hop talent shows in their neighborhoods. Everyone at all levels of talent is included and everyone who auditions makes the show. They are cheered on by audiences of family, neighbors, volunteers and donors. This experience is transformative for all!
The film premiered at a fund-raising gala in the David Koch Theatre at Lincoln Center.
